Restorative Medicine

Restorative medicine includes options that stimulate your body’s natural healing response. Action Medical Center offers regenerative therapies, including cellular tissues containing mesenchymal cells (MSC) and many other innovative cellular components such as enzymes, proteins and growth factors. Every patient has their own needs so we customize our procedures plan for your own circumstances.

We consult with every patient and address each individual need on a personal basis!

When you receive a these procedures, your damaged tissue is flooded with mesenchymal signaling cells, enzymes, growth factors and other nutrients, which accelerate your own body’s natural healing process and potentially restore damaged tissue that would otherwise not be able to heal on their own. Rapid pain relief is also experienced when receiving Restorative procedures

What is platelet rich plasma or Cellular Therapy ?

Stem cells are the primary cells that differentiate to all our human tissues and organs and that heals all tissue from a knee, hip, shoulder or other joint arthritis to a cut shaving, damaged cartilage or internal disorders.

Cell therapy works by using cellular tissues containing mesenchymal cells (MSC) and many other cellular components such as enzymes, proteins and growth factors on damaged tissue. These cells help restore, cushion, support and strengthen and heal the damaged tissue . Restorative medicine using cellular procedures may help degenerative joints, arthritis, and many other causes of pain.

Many patients have seen improvement in mobility and reduction of pain due to the natural restoration that occurs..

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is a concentrated mixture of platelets and plasma, both of which are components of blood. Platelets contain healing chemicals, such as “growth factors” which, upon their release, recruit other cells to a site of injury to help repair the damaged tissue. PRP is created by taking a sample of your own blood, in a process similar to that for routine blood work, and spinning the sample in a machine called a centrifuge. The centrifuge separates out and concentrates a portion of your blood that contains just platelets and plasma, hence platelet rich
plasma. This PRP is then injected back into the damaged area, thus delivering high concentrations of healing factors needed for repair.
