This is a great low-carb treat. Perfect for snacking or with a salad it is also a great thing to carry with you to the next office celebration or cookout.
Bacon Wrapped Avocado
Peel avocado and slice lengthwise into 6 to 8 slices.
Divide bacon and cut each piece in half.
Wrap each slice of avocado in ½ slice of bacon.
Place on baking pan and bake at 375° for 40 – 45 minutes.
Save the oil to use in salad dressings!
