Payment Options

At Action Medical Center it is our strong belief in the value of the care we provide for you and your family that has guided us to structure our pricing and payment options to ensure accessibility of care for all budgets. We participate with most insurance carriers and have established relationships with many area attorney’s offices to provide care for their auto accident and workers compensation cases. We also understand some people have too little or no insurance coverage and because of this we have established options to ensure you are able to get the care you need as well.

We will review your coverage and provide you with all available payment options at your initial consultation or if something should change during the course of your care. We are here to help you get the care you need.

We accept most health insurance plans, including Medicare. Plans and coverage will vary greatly and can be very confusing so we will gladly verify your coverage and explain your benefits for you before beginning treatment. We will need information which can be found on your insurance card and government issued ID to provide this service. Please have these items handy when calling to schedule your benefits analysis and appointment. We also understand that many insurance plans now have a larger “out of pocket” expense for you. We have options to help you meet your deductible and co-pays so you don’t have to wait to get the care you need.

No Insurance
We have many flexible payment options available for patients who have little or no insurance coverage. We want you to get the care you need and will work with you to provide that care in a manner that fits your budget. The methods of care we provide are extremely cost effective and are much more affordable than many of the more invasive options for pain relief.
