Veggie Dip    (Serves 4)

1 package of HealthWise Cream of Chicken Soup

1 cup Low-fat cottage cheese

1 scallion, minced

Dash of Garlic Powder


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until creamy.
  2. Cover and chill.
  3. Serve with assorted vegetables.
