Chickpeas make a great high protein snack. Great for on the go or for when you are craving that crunchy and salty snack. Experiment with different seasoning combinations.

Two 15oz Cans Chickpeas (Garbonzo  Beans)

2 Tablespoons olive oil

1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt

1 – 2 Teaspoons Seasoning such as garlic, cumin, Old Bay or a combination of your favorites



Preheat oven to 400 Degrees

Drain chickpeas and rinse under cold water to remove excess starches

Thoroughly dry chickpeas with paper towels

Combine with olive oil and seasoning and stir to coat evenly

Spread in single layer on baking sheet

Bake for 30 – 40 minutes or until crunchy

Cool and store in airtight container.
